Job summary

My Ideal Recruiter is seeking a motivated, temp-hire IT Support Administrator to be the first point of contact for employees, handling first- and second-level support for hardware, software, and network needs. You will assist with deployments, onboarding, asset management, and operations.

You should bring 1–3 years of IT support experience, strong troubleshooting, and familiarity with Windows 11, AD, and M365 to maintain security and efficient service across the organization.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of IT support or help desk experience.
• Hands-on with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
• Experience supporting PCs, printers, mobile devices.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and user accounts.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Support Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and AD group policies.
• Assist with basic network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
• Document activities in the ticketing system.
• Help with hardware deployments and imaging.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle records.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors as needed.
• Follow IT policies to ensure security, compliance, and data integrity.
