Qualifications

• 1–5 years in IT support or help desk.
• Hands-on Windows 11 troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with GlobalProtect on Windows endpoints.
• Experience supporting Outlook, OneDrive, Teams.
• Knowledge of basic IP/DNS networking.
• Familiar with MFA and phishing concepts.
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing system.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Professional presence and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-user hardware and software issues.
• Diagnose and resolve Windows 11 endpoint issues.
• Troubleshoot Palo Alto GlobalProtect VPN client connectivity.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive.
• Troubleshoot basic networking issues (IP/DNS).
• Assist users with MFA and phishing cybersecurity topics.
• Create, update, and manage incidents and service requests in ServiceNow.
• Follow established IT support processes and SOPs.
• Provide professional, responsive, customer-focused support to end users.
• Collaborate with IT team members to resolve issues.
• Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and interactions accurately.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
