Job summary

Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America is seeking a Floor Leader in Scottsdale Fashion Square to energize the sales floor, coach a team of Sales Ambassadors, and deliver a standout customer experience. You’ll train staff, drive daily goals, and uphold Lush’s ethical and brand standards.

You’ll lead by example on product knowledge, engage with customers, and cultivate a positive atmosphere while ensuring operational excellence and consistent visual standards on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving abilities in day-to-day operations.
• Fast-paced team environment experience.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales on the shop floor using StoreForce dashboard insights and coach the sales team.
• Deliver world-class customer experience, conduct product demonstrations, and exceed daily sales goals.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical commitments through in-store engagement and events.
• Increase product knowledge and consistently make informed recommendations to meet customer needs.
