Job summary

Empire Portfolio Group seeks a Sales Manager for Orangetheory Fitness studios in New Jersey. You will drive new member recruitment, lead outreach, and guide prospects from tours to signups in a fast-paced studio environment.

The role emphasizes energetic, goal-oriented sales with a focus on customer experience, collaboration with leadership, and contributing to monthly revenue targets. This full-time position operates on-site with the team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fitness realm.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach, conversion and generation.
• Greet every visitor with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge.
• Give studio tours to prospective members.
• Sell memberships to help the studio meet monthly goals.
• Follow up with prospective members.
• Handle member concerns professionally with resolution in mind.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events and initiatives.
• Work with manager to hit monthly KPI’s.
• Cross-train with Operations Manager on facility issues (maintenance/cleanliness).
