Job summary

TruTeam is seeking a Sales Consultant in Mesa, AZ to grow residential and light commercial accounts. You will identify prospects, perform daily calls, provide proposals, and manage accounts from first contact through project completion.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in construction sales, are comfortable with >50% local travel, and can adapt to flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends. Health benefits and competitive compensation offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience in building products/construction.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers and consistently generate and follow up on leads.
• Conduct daily sales calls, provide proposals, generate new business leads and manage accounts.
• Provide product knowledge and expertise to customers, recommending materials and services.
• Meet monthly sales targets.
• Communicate safety programs to customers and inspect job sites for safety concerns.
• Manage customer experience from initial sale to project completion.
