Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience in building products/construction.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license if operating company vehicle.
• Local travel >50% required.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers and generate leads.
• Conduct daily sales calls, propose solutions, and manage accounts.
• Provide product knowledge and recommend materials based on needs.
• Monitor market conditions, pricing, and competitors’ products.
• Meet monthly sales targets and ensure safe site practices.
• Manage the customer experience from sale to project completion.
