Job summary

TruTeam is seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant to drive growth in residential and light commercial accounts. You will identify prospects, conduct daily sales calls, and present proposals while building trusted relationships with customers and ensuring satisfaction from sale through project completion.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in building products sales, a valid driver’s license, and a safety-minded approach. This role may require local travel and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience in building products/construction.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.
• THIS IS A SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION

Responsibilities

• Sell product lines to residential and light commercial accounts.
• Identify prospective customers and generate leads.
• Conduct daily sales calls, provide proposals, manage accounts.
• Provide product knowledge and recommend materials/services.
• Meet monthly sales targets.
• Communicate safety programs and inspect job sites.
• Manage customer experience from sale to project completion.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
