Job summary

TruTeam is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive growth in residential and light commercial accounts. You will identify prospects, generate leads, present proposals, and close deals while building trusted relationships within the construction sector.

The role emphasizes achievement of monthly targets, on-site safety awareness, and end-to-end customer management from initial sale through project completion. Local travel is required with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience in building products/construction.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers and generate leads.
• Conduct daily sales calls and provide proposals.
• Develop new business and manage accounts.
• Provide product knowledge and recommend materials based on customer needs.
• Monitor market conditions and competitors’ products/prices.
• Meet monthly sales targets.
• Communicate safety programs to customers at sale initiation and on-site.
• Manage customer experience from sale to project completion.
