Job summary

TruTeam in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Sales Consultant to grow our residential and small commercial accounts with energy-efficient insulation and building materials. You will identify prospects, make daily sales calls, present proposals, and manage accounts to build trusted relationships.

Expect a dynamic, commission-based earning structure with benefits. This role involves local travel (>50%), occasional evening/weekend hours, and a safety-conscious approach to on-site visits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience in building products/construction.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required for company vehicle use.
• THIS IS A SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION

Responsibilities

• Sell product lines to residential and light commercial accounts.
• Identify prospects, generate and follow up on leads.
• Make daily sales calls, provide proposals, generate new business leads and manage accounts.
• Provide product knowledge and expertise to customers, recommending materials and services based on needs.
• Meet monthly sales targets and communicate safety programs during site visits.
