Encore Global in Las Vegas is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Event Technology team. You will sell equipment and services for events, with a focus on sub-$5K revenue, manage orders, and provide sales administration including entry, opportunity tracking and follow-up with customers.

You will be the link between clients and internal teams, ensuring CRM accuracy, timely responses, and smooth hand-offs. The role requires strong communication and tech aptitude in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; BS/BA preferred or 1+ year sales/event experience.
• Experience in technology, sales, hospitality, or event planning is a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication; proficient with computers and software.

Responsabilités

• Assist Event Technology team by selling equipment and services.
• Enter sales orders and manage opportunity tracking.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, email and other channels.
• Direct qualified leads to the eCommerce platform and close bookings.
