Job summary

Encore is seeking a Sales Coordinator to assist the Event Technology team in selling equipment and services for events of all sizes, with emphasis on smaller revenue brackets under $5K. You will complete sales orders and provide administration support including opportunity management and customer follow-up.

The role reports to the Regional Sales Director, Customer Support, and requires strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to work across channels to deliver exceptional

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School diploma; BS/BA preferred or 1+ years of sales/event experience.
• Experience in technology, sales, hospitality, or event planning is a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication to close business via phone/email.
• Proactive, punctual, and results oriented in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assist Event Technology team by selling equipment and services for events.
• Process sales orders, manage opportunities, and perform follow-up with customers.
• Use Encore tools and CRM to respond promptly and keep data up to date.
• Support venue leadership with information exchange and coordination.
• Handle customer requests via phone, chat, email, and other channels.
• Direct qualified leads to EventNow as a buying channel; close deals while maximizing revenue.
