Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with event planning/management.
• Prior sponsorship sales or partnership development preferred.
• Must be over 21.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative support and ensure accuracy of department records.
• Oversee department inventory and manage event materials.
• Assemble event collateral.
• Research and provide recommendations for possible event activations, sponsors and gifted items.
• Assist with set up and strike for all events.
• Assist with event planning and preparation.
• Assist with on-site social media for events.
• Provide creative ideas for event themes, decor, and logistics.
• Identify, prospect, and secure event sponsorships and partnerships.
• Develop and present sponsorship packages to potential clients.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing sponsors and partners.
