The role reports to the Inside Sales Manager and requires strong communication, organization and tech comfort, including Salesforce and Microsoft Office, with a 60 wpm typing speed

Qualifikationen

• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; Salesforce a plus.

• Greet showroom guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Answer and direct phone calls according to standards.
• Learn and use POR, Salesforce, and Vonage systems; file important information.
• Coordinate meetings, travel, and department activities for sales and management.
• Provide feedback and collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations.
• Proofread copies and ensure accuracy of final documents.
