Encore Global in Schiller Park, IL seeks a Sales Associate to qualify leads and manage the Event Technology Sales process for events of all sizes, with a focus on sub-$5K revenue. You will deliver an excellent customer experience, boost efficiencies, and maximize revenue per opportunity while coordinating lead importing, order entry, opportunity management, and follow-up.

Based at our Corporate Headquarters, you will join a team of Sales Associates and report to the Regional Sales Director,

Competenze

• BS/BA is preferred or 1+ years of sales/event experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Technical aptitude and proficiency with computer software.

Mansioni

• Qualify leads and manage the Event Technology Sales process for events of all sizes.
• Sell smaller events such as BEO bookings, exhibitors, affiliate business, and ICW events.
• Direct qualified leads to EventNow (eCommerce platform) and assist online customer experience.
• Close business by obtaining commitment to buy while maximizing revenue and adhering to profit guidelines.
