• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in operations.
• Resolve customer inquiries and delivery or quality issues, turning challenges into opportunities.
• Foster collaboration with customers, suppliers, and SRM team members for seamless communication.
• Promote safety and uphold all safety regulations and company policies.
