Responsabilités

• Champion customer service: Answer incoming calls and communications, always ensuring needs are met with urgency and care.
• Master multitasking: Manage multiple orders, schedules, and priorities—coordinate with plant managers, drivers, and sales teams for timely deliveries.
• Lead by example: Establish professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence within Central Dispatch.
• Drive operational efficiency: Monitor metrics, identify improvements, and help implement solutions.
• Resolve challenges: Address inquiries, delivery or quality issues, turning problems into opportunities.
• Foster collaboration: Build relationships with customers, suppliers, and SRM team members for seamless communication.
• Promote safety: Uphold safety regulations and company policies in the workplace.
• Support continuous improvement: Participate in meetings and contribute to planning and process enhancements.
