Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and communications to meet customers’ needs with urgency and care.
• Coordinate with plant managers, drivers, and sales teams for timely deliveries.
• Lead by example with professionalism and teamwork within Central Dispatch.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements.
• Manage customer inquiries and delivery/quality issues.
• Build relationships with customers, suppliers, and SRM team members.
• Uphold safety regulations and company policies; foster a safe workplace.
• Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
