Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch, logistics, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to work in high-volume office with cross-location coordination.
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and coordinate with customers with urgency and care.
• Juggle orders, schedules, and priorities with plant managers, drivers, and sales teams.
• Lead by example and maintain professionalism within the Central Dispatch team.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement efficiency improvements.
• Resolve delivery or quality issues and turn problems into opportunities.
• Foster collaboration with customers, suppliers, and SRM teams.
• Uphold safety regulations and company policies in daily work.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to continuous process improvements.
