Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience in building products/construction.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers and generate leads.
• Conduct daily sales calls, provide proposals, and manage accounts.
• Provide product knowledge and recommend materials based on customer needs.
• Understand the market, monitor competitors, prices, and sales.
• Meet monthly sales targets.
• Communicate safety programs to customers at sale inception and inspect job sites for concerns.
• Manage the customer experience from sale to project completion.
