TruTeam is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive growth selling insulation and building material products to residential and light commercial accounts. You will identify leads, conduct daily sales calls, present proposals, and manage accounts from initial contact through project completion.

Required is sales experience in construction, the ability to read blueprints, and a valid driver''s license. Expect local travel >50% and a compensation package featuring base pay plus commissions.

Aufgaben

• Identify prospective customers and generate/ follow up on leads.
• Conduct daily sales calls, provide proposals, and manage accounts.
• Interpret blueprints and project specs to determine product requirements.
• Learn and use digital takeoff tools (Bluebeam, Procore, Planswift).
• Provide up-to-date product knowledge and tailor recommendations to customer needs.
• Meet monthly sales targets and communicate safety programs to customers.
