Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or apartment leasing.
• Accounting background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects; assist with applications and deposits per procedures.
• Process and review rental applications, credit checks and history verification.
• Show apartments, execute move-ins, and obtain signatures on paperwork.
• Manage lease renewals and move-out processes; update software with data.
• Handle rental collections; enforce lease terms and pursue evictions when needed.
• Promote resident satisfaction; respond to questions and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain social media presence to boost visibility and engagement.
• Complete paperwork for leases, move-ins, and peak period activities.
