Job summary

RPM Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for an on-site role in Texas. You will greet prospects, process applications, handle leases, and support resident satisfaction through proactive communication and social media outreach.

Responsibilities include showing apartments, processing renewals, managing rent collections, and ensuring accurate data in our systems. A background in accounting with customer service is a plus; HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience in customer service or apartment leasing; accounting background plus customer service is a plus.
• Microsoft Office Suite; Project Management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, assist with applications and deposits, and follow Fair Housing practices.
• Process applications, credit checks, and move them for Community Manager approval.
• Show apartments, collect signatures, and orient new residents.
• Manage lease renewals and move-outs; update property management software.
