Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of customer service or apartment leasing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools is a plus.

• Greet and qualify prospects using guest cards and assist with applications.
• Process applications, credit checks, and lead approvals with compliance.
• Show apartments, close leases, and prepare move-in paperwork.
