RPM Living in Texas is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to greet prospects, process applications, manage leases and renewals, and oversee rent collections. You will support resident satisfaction and property visibility through effective communication and social media.

Experience in customer service or leasing is required along with a high school diploma; duties include move-ins/outs, renewals, and ongoing tenant relations at an on-site property.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in customer service or apartment leasing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adhere to Fair Housing guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects and assist with applications and deposits.
• Process applications, credit checks and rental history verification.
• Show apartments, prepare for move-ins and obtain signatures.
• Manage lease renewals, notices and move-outs, update management software.
• Handle rental collections and enforce lease terms.
• Respond promptly to resident questions and service issues.
• Assist with evictions procedures when needed, and market outreach.
• Maintain social media presence to boost visibility and engagement.
