Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience in customer service or apartment leasing.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects using guest cards and assist with applications.
• Process applications including credit checks and rental history verification; obtain manager approval.
• Show apartments, close leases, prepare move-in paperwork, and provide community orientation.
• Manage lease renewals and move-outs; enforce lease terms and update property software.
• Handle rent collections and enforce terms to ensure revenue.
• Address resident questions and resolve service issues promptly.
• Assist with market research and outreach marketing to boost visibility.
