Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, process applications, and assist with deposits while adhering to Fair Housing requirements.
• Manage leases and renewals, process rent collections, and monitor move-in/move-out activity.
• Show apartments, secure signatures, and provide community orientation to new residents.
