Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role will run the store during the Manager’s absence and lead the team in servicing customers.

Bilingual candidates encouraged; experience in hiring, coaching, and goal setting is valued. You will ensure accurate cash handling, timely order processing, and compliant store procedures.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training required.
• Assistant Manager Certification required.
• RSS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service.
• Supervise service levels for the retail showroom and programs.
• Assist the store manager in hiring, training, coaching and goal setting.
• Ensure all store opening/closing duties and cash handling per policy.
• Coordinate stock transfers and processing of online orders.
• Maintain store appearance and equipment and ensure compliance with procedures.
