Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role will lead the team in servicing customers, training staff, and managing openings, closings, and daily procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have completion of Sales Specialist Training.
• Assistant Manager Certification is required.
• RSS Certification is required.
• Certified Parts Professional Certification is preferred.
• ASE Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and execute service programs.
• Assist store manager to staff the sales counter during peak hours and manage shifts.
• Support hiring processes including recruiting tasks, interviews, and candidate evaluation.
• Ensure timely processing of BOPIS, transfers, and DC add orders and notify customers on shipment arrivals.
