Qualifications

• Experience leading store teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ability to supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom during peak hours.
• Experience in hiring, interviewing, and candidate evaluation with management collaboration.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred to assist a diverse customer base.
• Sales specialist training and related industry certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise service levels at the retail showroom and ensure team execution of customer service programs.
• Help ensure adequate staffing during peak hours and events.
• Assist in hiring tasks, scheduling interviews, evaluating candidates, and coordinating with management.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub, and store-to-store transfers; contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Manage returns, refunds, and invoicing according to policy; ensure proper merchandising and pricing.
• Perform opening/closing duties, money handling, bank deposits, and security checks.
