Job summary

Omninet Capital LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Phoenix, AZ to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention, and support the Community Manager as needed.

Essential duties include touring homes, processing applications, maintaining lease files, and executing marketing plans to drive traffic. A strong focus on customer service and timely follow-up is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rent apartment homes: generate traffic, respond to inquiries, tour prospects, qualify, close with a rental application and deposit.
• Maintain lease files and process rental applications; schedule move-ins and prepare lease documents.
• Record traffic from all sources and strive to convert at least 30% of traffic to leases.
• Assist with community marketing and outreach to generate traffic and leads.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
