Job summary

Omninet Capital LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate all rental activities, move-ins/outs, and lease renewals at Granite Bay Apartments in Phoenix. You will engage prospective residents, close leases, and assist the Community Manager in daily operations.

The role emphasizes traffic generation, follow-up with prospects, and delivering exceptional resident service while maintaining occupancy, renewals, and market awareness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Residential leasing experience preferred (minimum one year).

Responsibilities

• Renting apartment homes: generate traffic, respond to inquiries, greet prospects, tour properties, qualify prospects, and close the lease.
• Inspect property and model units daily; communicate service needs to manager.
• Close sales by presenting features/benefits and securing rental applications.
• Process rental applications, obtain documents, schedule move-ins, and prepare lease files.
