Job summary

Omninet Capital LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Orlando, FL to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, renewals, and resident relations. You will work closely with the Community Manager to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, sales, and customer service skills, with prior residential leasing experience preferred. A high school diploma is required, and availability to work weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rent apartment homes: generate traffic, respond to inquiries, greet prospects, tour property, qualify prospects, and close the sale.
• Inspect property and model units; coordinate with maintenance and ensure readiness.
• Close leases by processing applications, obtaining documents, scheduling move-ins, and preparing lease files.
