Job summary

Omninet Capital LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Las Vegas to coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move outs, and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and ensure client satisfaction, while supporting the Community Manager.

Responsibilities include touring properties, closing leases, processing applications, and assisting with marketing to generate traffic.

Qualifications

High school diploma required, college degree preferred.
Minimum of one year of previous customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.
Minimum of one year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Rent apartment homes and generate traffic through inquiries and tours.
Inspect property areas daily for cleanliness and coordinate with the Community Manager.
Demonstrate features, benefits, and close the sale to obtain a rental application.
Process rental applications and schedule move-ins; maintain lease files.
Record traffic from all sources and aim to convert at least 30% to leases.
Follow up with prospective residents within 24 hours and with two additional contacts.
