Job summary

Capstone Real Estate Investments, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to interface with prospective residents, manage day-to-day resident questions, and coordinate lease renewals. The role emphasizes Fair Housing practices and effective leasing within budget guidelines.

Training focuses on closing techniques and handling objections, under supervision of the Community Manager, Leasing Manager, and Assistant Manager.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Three to six months related experience and/or training; Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents, prospects and visitors.
• Lease apartments in accordance with budget guidelines.
• Follow Fair Housing Standards in all dealings with prospects and residents.
• Conduct outside marketing under the direction of the Assistant Manager and the Community Manager.
• Coordinate the application review for each lease including credit and income verifications and background checks.
• Complete lease packets and files for each resident to include the lease, all addendums and other proper documentation and signatures.
• Ensure the condition of leased apartments prior to move-in, including a final inspection.
• Follow up with residents throughout their lease terms, promote the annual renewal campaign, manage lease renewals and complete lease documents.
