Job summary

Philips is seeking a District Modality Sales Leader for Diagnostic X-ray in the Great Lakes region. You will own the district DXR strategy, guide IAMs and account teams, and drive opportunities across IDNs with clinical and technical excellence.

You will lead multi-stakeholder pursuits, coach field teams, and coordinate with Marketing and Sales leadership to sharpen competitive positioning. A 60–70% travel expectation is included.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in medical capital equipment sales or clinical technology leadership in diagnostic imaging.
• DXR expertise preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Clinical or Health Sciences or equivalent experience.
• Willing to travel approximately 60-70% within the district.
• Ability to translate clinical/technical knowledge into customer value and coach cross-functional peers.

Responsibilities

• Own the district DXR business strategy and tailored territory plans for IAMs, prioritizing white space and IDN opportunities.
• Lead negotiations and complex multi-stakeholder pursuits with data-driven account plans.
• Coach IAMs and Account Executives on DXR clinical knowledge, competitive positioning, and deal strategy.
• Direct Clinical Product Specialists and resources toward high-value opportunities and RFP strategy.
• Maintain Salesforce records, forecasting, and ensure compliance with Philips policies and regulatory requirements.
