Job summary

Philips is seeking a District Modality Sales Leader for Diagnostic X-ray in the Great Lakes region. You will own the district DXR strategy, coach IAMs and AEs, and drive high-value opportunities with clinical and technical credibility.

Travel 60–70% within the district is expected as you shape account plans, lead negotiations, and use Salesforce/Power BI to manage pipeline and performance. Excellent cross-functional influence is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in medical capital equipment sales or clinical technology leadership.
• Ability to translate clinical/technical knowledge into customer value.
• Experience coaching cross-functional peers without direct authority.
• Willingness to travel ~60–70% within the district.

Responsibilities

• Own district DXR business strategy and territory plans for IAMs.
• Lead account plans, negotiations, and multi-stakeholder pursuits.
• Coach IAMs and Account Executives on DXR clinical knowledge and deal strategy.
• Direct Clinical Product Specialists and resources toward high-value opportunities.
• Maintain Salesforce records, forecasting, and contract input.
