Philips is seeking a District Modality Sales Leader for Diagnostic X-ray in the Great Lakes region. You will own the district DXR business strategy, develop tailored territory plans for Imaging Account Managers, and lead cross-functional teams to win complex multi-stakeholder opportunities.

You will coach IAMs on clinical positioning and deal strategy, direct clinical product specialists, and collaborate with Marketing to deliver market intelligence and campaigns. Travel 60–70% is expected.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in medical capital equipment sales or clinical technology leadership in diagnostic imaging.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Clinical or Health Sciences, or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Lead district DXR sales strategy and territory plans to grow revenue and market share.
• Coach IAMs and Account Executives on clinical and technical value propositions.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to shape account plans and negotiations.
• Maintain disciplined Salesforce records, forecasting, and pipeline health.
• Travel approximately 60–70% within the district and beyond as required.
