Philips seeks a District Modality Sales Leader for Diagnostic X-ray (Tristate) to drive modality strategy and revenue growth in NYC-area accounts. You will lead cross-functional teams, coach IAMs, and coordinate clinical/technical input for complex deals in a field-based role.

The position requires 3+ years in healthcare capital equipment sales, strong Salesforce/Power BI skills, and willingness to travel 60–70% within the district.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in medical capital equipment sales or clinical technology leadership in diagnostic imaging.
• Experience with long sales cycles and matrixed team selling.
• Ability to translate clinical/technical knowledge into customer value.

Responsabilidades

• Own the district DXR business strategy and tailored territory plans for IAMs, prioritizing opportunities.
• Shape account plans, negotiations, and multi-stakeholder pursuits with cross-functional teams.
• Coach IAMs and Account Executives on DXR knowledge and deal strategy through joint calls and pipeline reviews.
• Direct clinical product resources toward high-value opportunities and assist with RFP strategy and input.
• Build Philips DXR market presence through reference-site visits, workshops, and executive presentations.
• Maintain Salesforce records, forecasting, and documentation to support resource allocation.
