Philips is seeking a District Modality Sales Leader for Diagnostic X-ray in the Mid Atlantic. The role drives modality strategy, provides clinical and technical expertise, and develops IAM plans to maximize market visibility, share, and revenue growth across a multi-state territory.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in medical capital equipment sales or clinical tech leadership, with experience in long sales cycles, and the ability to influence without direct authority.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in medical capital equipment sales or clinical technology leadership with DXR expertise.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through influence without direct authority.
• Strong ability to translate clinical/technical knowledge into customer value and to forecast/measure pipeline performance.

Responsabilidades

• Own the district DXR business strategy and territory plans for IAMs, prioritizing white space and IDN opportunities.
• Shape account plans, negotiations, and multi-stakeholder pursuits with cross-functional teams.
• Coach IAMs and Account Executives on DXR knowledge, competitive positioning, and deal strategy.
• Direct Clinical Product Specialists and resources toward high-value opportunities; support RFP strategy and technical input.
• Build market presence through reference-site visits, clinical workshops, and executive business-case presentations.
• Maintain Salesforce records, forecasting, and documentation; travel 60-70% within the district.
