Philips is seeking a District Modality Sales Leader for Diagnostic X-ray in the Mid Atlantic to own the district strategy and drive revenue growth through cross-functional influence. You will guide IAMs and account teams, shape strategic plans, and provide clinical input for complex pursuits.

You will coach teams on DXR clinical knowledge, oversee RFP strategy, and ensure accurate pipeline forecasts via Salesforce and Power BI.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in medical capital equipment sales or clinical technology leadership in diagnostic imaging.
Ability to translate clinical/technical knowledge into customer value; coach cross-functional peers without formal authority.
Proficient in Salesforce and Power BI for pipeline management, forecasting, and performance analysis.

Responsabilités

Own district DXR business strategy and tailored territory plans for IAMs, prioritizing white space and IDN opportunities.
Shape account plans and negotiations with District Sales Leaders and account teams; lead through data and peer accountability.
Coach IAMs and Account Executives on DXR clinical knowledge and deal strategy; strengthen customer presentations.
