Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager for the Alta Wyatt property in Durham, NC. This role leads the on-site team, manages daily operations, and drives occupancy and financial performance during lease-up.

Responsibilities include budgeting, reviewing financial statements, vendor management, and ensuring compliance with housing laws. The role requires 4–6 years of property management experience and proficiency with Entrata, Yardi, and OneSite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Proficient with property management software such as Entrata, Yardi, and OneSite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the property and manage the on-site team to hit budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Approve vendor invoices, manage payments, and ensure compliance with insurance requirements and Chart of Accounts.
• Drive leasing and occupancy through market analysis, rate setting, and timely rent collection.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and appearance through regular inspections and staff supervision.
• Develop and monitor budgets, analyze financial statements, and report on property performance.
