• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate with maintenance to address issues.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Design and execute on-site marketing campaigns and referrals.
• Use property management software to track availability and leasing activity.
• Prepare leasing office for daily operations and show units.
