Job summary

Greystar seeks a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a 260-unit mid-rise community in Charlotte, NC. You will lead the onsite team, manage budgets, lease enforcement, and ensure compliance with company policies while delivering exceptional resident service.

Responsibilities include budgeting, revenue optimization, vendor management, staff supervision, and reporting to owners. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years of property management experience in multifamily

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience managing day-to-day operation of an apartment community.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with ability to work independently, as a leader, and as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of an assigned property and team.
• Develop budgets and monitor financial performance.
• Oversee vendor payments and contract compliance.
• Enforce leasing processes and resident relations.
• Analyze market trends and adjust leasing strategies.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and property standards.
• Hire, train, and supervise on-site staff.
• Support owner relations with property updates.
• Complete accounting and reporting duties.
