Greystar seeks a Leasing Associate for the Alta Wyatt community in Durham, NC. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

Responsibilities include tours, application processing, and ensuring smooth move-ins, while coordinating maintenance, shows, and show unit quality. You will track traffic and leasing activity using OneSite/Yardi, implement traffic-driving marketing programs, and follow up with prospects to secure lease decisions and

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and sales activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Strong customer service and resident relations experience.
• Ability to design and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect apartments and coordinate maintenance items for move-in readiness.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and adoption of programs.
• Execute marketing activities to drive traffic using on-site tools and online platforms.
• Track availability and leasing metrics in OneSite/Yardi and manage resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office for daily activity.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure lease renewals and renewals letters.
