Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing and renewal activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspect show units and coordinate maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Create traffic using online platforms and referrals to drive leasing activity.
• Track availability and leasing activities using on-site software (OneSite, Yardi).
