Qualifications

• Customer/member service experience in a financial institution.
• Cash handling experience.
• Knowledge of transaction and settlement procedures (TCD).

Responsibilities

• Establish member relationships through quality service and cross-selling VACU products/services.
• Provide Teller and MSR services with accurate transactions. Balance cash drawer daily and report variances.
• Open memberships and deposit accounts; assist with deposit and loan accounts; referrals to deepen relationships.
• Engage members in a professional and courteous manner and meet service and sales goals.
