Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of products and services offered by financial institutions preferred.
• Satisfactory computer skills required.
• Positive and effective communication and public relations skills, cross-selling, problem solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Establishes member relationships through quality service and cross selling VACU products/services.
• Handles transactions accurately, balances cash drawer daily, and reports variances.
• Open memberships and deposit accounts, assess financial needs and refer to appropriate services.
• Provide courteous, professional service in person and over the phone; meet service and sales goals.
