Qualifications

• Prior front desk, guest services, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a dual-property or high-volume environment.
• Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) a plus.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in/check out guests across dual hotel properties with professionalism and warmth.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments using PMS.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with prompt, courteous service recovery.
• Process payments, post charges, and balance cash drawers accurately at end of shift.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively between both properties to ensure seamless operations and coverage.
• Promote hotel amenities, local attractions, and upsell room upgrades when appropriate.
