Job summary

• Post valet charges and other miscellaneous charges to guest accounts.
• Input guest reservations into the PMS and note special requests.
• Administer guest payment policies and cash handling procedures.
• Answer guest questions regarding local area facilities and hotel services.
• Maintain hotel key security and safe deposit procedures.
