Job summary

New Chapter, Inc. is seeking a digitally savvy DTC specialist to support and optimize our Shopify storefront, landing pages, and CRM campaigns.

You will drive customer engagement, revenue growth and retention through data-driven site updates, merchandising, and cross-functional collaboration. The role focuses on delivering seamless consumer experiences across digital channels, supporting product launches and promotions, and partnering with marketing, creative, and technical teams to achieve

Qualifications

Experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising or site management.
Familiarity with Shopify storefront management and landing pages.
Knowledge of CRM campaigns and lifecycle marketing.

Responsibilities

Manage Shopify storefront content, merchandising, landing pages and customer experience.
Execute website updates for product launches, promotions and campaigns.
Manage email and SMS campaigns, automated journeys and loyalty programs.
Ensure consistent customer experience across digital channels.
Monitor website and campaign performance using data and insights to improve results.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver marketing initiatives on time.
Oversee ecommerce platforms, apps, vendors, budgets and governance processes.
